WWF WWF
The planet is under attack from an uncontrolled release of toxic chemicals. Oceans are being polluted, forests cut down, and many species are now under threat of extinction. Globally we are using over 20% more natural resources each year than can be regenerated. The planet cannot keep up with our growing consumption levels. WWF works to stop this degradation of the planet’s natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature. WWF works to address global threats such as climate change, the consumption of natural resources and the use of toxic chemicals.

• Help to protect threatened species like the orang-utan, tiger and dolphin.
• Protect and preserve endangered habitats like the Amazon rainforest and UK coastal waters and wetlands.
• Campaign for cleaner oceans to protect both animals and people from pollution.
• Combat global warming by persuading governments to do more to tackle this serious threat to our future.
